日本和歌山县立医科大学是公司友好大学，自1986年5月与原山东医科大学缔结友好协议以来，双方在科研、人才培养方面一直保持着密切的友好关系，为公司培养了多名教师和员工。日本和歌山县立医科大学有不少对公司有着良好感情的教授，多年来一直热心关心并支持着两校的友好交流。2010年11月，该校董事长率领代表团来bevictor伟德访问。为建立起全面合作关系，双方于2011年在bevictor伟德举行两员工好交流25周年庆祝，作为庆祝活动的主要内容，双方举办中日医学护理学研讨会，和歌山县立医科大学董事长率领代表团访问bevictor伟德共同庆祝并加深两校的友好学术合作。
